We ship internationally to most countries worldwide.

However, due to logistical, customs, or carrier restrictions, some locations may occasionally be unavailable for shipping.

If your country is not available at checkout, it means we are currently unable to ship to that destination.

 


 

2. Order Processing Time

All orders require processing and preparation time before shipment.

Estimated processing time:

  • Between 2 and 4 business days.

During this period we:

  • verify the order,

  • prepare the product,

  • perform quality checks,

  • and arrange shipment.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high demand, promotions, or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly extended.

 


 

3. Estimated Shipping Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is:

  • Between 7 and 13 business days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on:

  • destination country,

  • customs procedures,

  • shipping carrier,

  • weather conditions,

  • or circumstances beyond our control.

 


 

4. Total Estimated Delivery Time

Total estimated delivery time is:

  • Approximately 9 to 17 business days
    (including processing and shipping).

These delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

 


 

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information, whenever available.

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

 


 

6. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to:

  • high shipping demand,

  • customs inspections,

  • carrier-related issues,

  • weather conditions,

  • local holidays,

  • or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

PRISTARA LLC is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once the package has been handed over for shipment.

 


 

7. Customs Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • customs fees,

  • local VAT,

  • or other taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRISTARA LLC has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

 


 

8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

If an order is returned due to:

  • an incorrect address,

  • incomplete address,

  • or failed delivery attempt,

the customer may be responsible for additional reshipping costs.

 


 

9. Orders Marked as Delivered

If tracking information shows the order as “Delivered,” PRISTARA LLC may consider the package successfully delivered.

For delivery issues involving packages marked as delivered, we recommend:

  • checking with neighbors or household members,

  • contacting the shipping carrier,

  • and checking secure delivery locations.

 


 

10. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

  • photos of the package,

  • photos of the product,

  • and/or additional information to investigate the issue.
